India Collier is an Accounting Analyst at RYCO Capital, where she supports financial reporting, analysis, and day-to-day accounting operations across the firm’s portfolio. She brings a background in financial analysis and data-driven reporting, with experience contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Josh is a property manager with over five years of experience in property management and leasing, primarily across residential and mixed-use assets. He focuses on overseeing some of the RYCO Manhattan portfolio, managing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and leasing strategy while maintaining a strong understanding of building performance and operations. Josh is currently a graduate student at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he is continuing to build his knowledge in real estate finance, development, and investment.

Andrew Hewitt is the Director of Accounting at RYCO Capital, where he oversees financial reporting, corporate accounting, and internal controls across the firm’s portfolio. He brings deep expertise in technical accounting, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment, with a background in audit and real estate financial services.

Joshua Howe is an Accounting Manager at RYCO Capital, where he supports financial reporting, portfolio accounting, and day-to-day financial operations across the firm. He brings a background in accounting and finance, with experience in analyzing financial data and maintaining accurate reporting to support investment performance.

Paola, CPA, is Director of Finance at RYCO Capital, where she leads treasury and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). She oversees cash management, budgeting and forecasting, evaluates investment performance, and calculates investor returns to support capital allocation and strategic decision-making. Prior to RYCO Capital, Paola worked at Brookfield Property Partners and PwC.

Ariel Koris is the Marketing Manager at RYCO Capital, where she oversees the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, and event programming. She is responsible for shaping RYCO’s external presence through digital platforms, strategic communications, and curated experiences. Ariel brings 10+ years of experience across brand marketing, partnerships, and event production, with a strong track record of driving growth through creative and strategic initiatives.

Mark works across both the Project Management and Acquisition teams. As Project Manager, he executes RYCO's business plan for each asset, from planning and design to procurement, construction, and handover. On the acquisitions side, he underwrites potential deals, builds rental and exit sale comp sets, and manages the pipeline to ensure it reflects every opportunity RYCO comes across. Mark holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Clemson University and is currently pursuing his Master's in Urban Planning at NYU. He worked in management consulting previously.

Nicholas Quinn is the Head of Property Management at RYCO Capital, where he oversees portfolio-wide operations, including property performance, tenant relations, and facilities management. He brings a background in real estate operations and community-focused property management, with experience driving efficiency and enhancing the overall tenant experience across residential and mixed-use assets.

Joe leads acquisition efforts at RYCO Capital, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing investments on behalf of the firm and its partners. With 15 years of real estate private equity experience, Joe has built a strong track record of execution across several acquisition roles since relocating to New York City in 2013. He holds a degree from King's College London.

Shane Rajcooar is a Property Management professional at RYCO Capital, where he supports day-to-day operations across the firm’s multifamily portfolio, including maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and property performance. He brings hands-on experience managing residential assets throughout the New York City market, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and financial oversight.

Edward is Asset Management Director at RYCO Capital, where he oversees portfolio performance, platform development, and business planning across the firm's multifamily and mixed-use portfolio. With over a decade of experience in the development industry, his work spans the full asset lifecycle, from acquisition underwriting through value creation and disposition. Edward brings a rigorous, systems-driven approach to cross-functional alignment, ensuring every function of RYCO's vertically integrated platform operates in concert. He holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and is a licensed Architect.

James founded RYCO Capital in 2018 and has led the firm since its inception. He is involved in all facets of the business. Prior to RYCO Capital, James held various roles at real estate development and early-stage technology firms. James earned his BA in Political Science from Yale University.

Brendan oversees all project management activities at RYCO including design, budgeting, and construction. Throughout his career, Brendan has completed nearly 2 million square feet of construction projects in New York City as well as development projects in Australia. He earned a BS in Civil Engineering from RPI and BS in Physics from Albany.

Jyotiraditya Shah is a Development professional at RYCO Capital, where he supports sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investment opportunities across the firm’s portfolio. He brings over six years of experience in real estate, with a focus on development and acquisitions, and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Michael works across Asset Management and Acquisitions, contributing to Ryco’s investment strategy and portfolio growth through portfolio oversight, performance optimization, and the sourcing and evaluation of new opportunities, including underwriting, market research, and broker and landlord relationships. Prior to joining Ryco Capital, he began his career as a retail broker before spending over seven years in the digital infrastructure sector leading acquisitions and site development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master’s in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from New York University.
