Founded in 2018, RYCO Capital (“RYCO”) is a vertically integrated investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates real estate, primarily in New York City. Our principal focus is multifamily and mixed-use assets in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
RYCO generates consistent, elevated returns by operating in ‘A’ submarkets with structural supply constraints and steady demand. We renovate assets that have suffered from under investment and deficient management. RYCO implements cogent, tailored business plans to reinvigorate our properties, drive financial returns, and elevate our neighborhoods.
